Tommy Lee Raymond, age 77, passed away peacefully in his sleep on December 3, 2025. He was born on September 5, 1948 to John F. and Iona R. (DuPree) Raymond and grew up in Hallsville, Ohio. Tommy always lived life on his terms. His passionate spirit and sense of adventure led him to join the US Navy at the young age of 17. He proudly served his country on the USS Bennington during the Vietnam War. This time of service left a lasting impact on his life and spirit, he carried both the scars and the strength of a veteran.

Embracing the nomadic freedom of the open road, Tommy dedicated the majority of his working life to being a truck driver. His office was behind the wheel and he hauled goods, produce, livestock and shiny new Kenworth trucks to all corners of the continent.

He was a lifelong motorcycle lover and avid Harley fan, and owned many. Each gave him the opportunity to chase new adventures and embrace his motto Live to Ride, Ride to Live. In retirement, Tommy would continue to explore the country side on his beloved Harley, a special memory being his big trip out west to Sturgis. He enjoyed hosting family and friends in his man cave, where there was always cold beer in the Pepsi machine, country music on the stereo and no one was ever a stranger. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Pamela Castle. He is survived by his children Tom (Teresa) Hubbard, Jennifer (John) LaMotta, Jalana (Paul) Caughey, and John Raymond; grandchildren Gabby, Colin, Bennett Joshua and LaVonne, and brother, John (Roberta) Raymond. Tommy believed you don't stop riding when you get old, you get old when you stop riding. True to his spirit he never got old. He will forever ride alongside his family and friends.
