Victor Robinson

Victor Darrek Robinson passed away on December 13, 2021 at The Ohio State University Hospital due to COVID. He was born in Birmingham, AL on October 2,1963 to Dezzie B. Robinson and Eddie Laura Robinson (Melton). Victor is survived by his sister Veoletta Denise Svarda (Robinson). During his final days his niece Erica Robinson and nephews Wayne Johnson, Jr. and Sirron Melton were at his bedside to comfort and share memories of their Uncle Victor. Victor also leaves behind his niece Hillary and nephew Duane. His precious great nieces and nephews Bella, Genevieve, Daniel and Matt.

He also leaves behind many beloved friends.

Victor graduated from Marion- Franklin High School. Victor’s early career focused on customer service roles. No professional role could be compared to his skills as a dear friend to many who crossed his path.

Growing up Victor loved to play baseball and he loved to go fishing.

He is preceded in death by his parents Dezzie B. Robinson and Eddie Laura Robinson (Melton). His oldest brother Rubyette (Ron) I. Melton.
