Victoria Angela Wiley, 72, of Canal Winchester, passed away on May 8, 2026, at Riverside Methodist Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Columbus on January 28, 1954, to Victoria Joiner and George Kegg.
Victoria graduated from St. Francis DeSales High School in 1972. She began her career working at Century 21 before earning her master’s degree in accounting while employed with Defense Finance and Accounting Service in Whitehall, Ohio. She later made Canal Winchester her home, where she spent the remainder of her years surrounded by family and friends.
Victoria loved the outdoors, be it fishing, camping, or just a campfire with friends and family. She truly loved birds of any sort, but her favorite by far being hummingbirds and cardinals. Birds weren’t just her favorite — if it had four legs, barked, or meowed, she would love it forever. However, on any given Sunday, there had better be a NASCAR race on every TV.
Victoria is survived by her loving children, Erica Young and Matthew (Jamie) Young. She was a devoted grandmother to Makenzie (Jonathan) Thompson, Alyssa (Brandon) Curren, Eric Lauterbach, Emma Lauterbach, Samuel Davis, and Abigail Young; and a proud great-grandmother to Addilyn Thompson, Lincoln Curren, Annaleigh Curren, and Holden Lauterbach. She is also survived by her loving brother, Chip Joiner.
A celebration of Victoria’s life will be held on May 29, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Shaw-Davis Funeral Home, located at 4341 N. High Street, Columbus, Ohio 43214.
Everyone is welcome to attend. Please stop by to share a memory, a smile, or even a joke. We hope to see you there.
