William Bass Jr.

Fish Whisperer, William E. Bass Jr. (Bossy), went home to be with the Lord on Friday, October 15, 2021 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. Bossy was 51 years old and is survived by his sons: Deshawn Bass (Nikki Germany) and William Bass, his long-term partner of 7 years, Telee’ Wilson,14 grandchildren, siblings: Sunnie, Dorthea, Billy, Felicia and James Bass, Walter Wagner (Bo), William Wagner (Buck), Anthony D. King, Melissa Bass, LaTisha Bass and entirely too many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins to name them all. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ms. Mildred Sue Bass (Lovett/Wagner) and father William Edward Bass, sisters; Delma Wagner and Sissy Wagner: ex-wife, Crystal Lindsey and mother-in-law, Mildred Lindsey.

Bossy was a very adventurous guy. He loved the outdoors and especially fishing. He was a man of many trades. A man with a big heart and a tough exterior. He was full of life, laughs and loved his animals, family and friends.

Bossy’s celebration of life will be held at Shaw Davis Funeral Home located at 4341 North High St, Columbus, Ohio, 43214 on Saturday October 30, 2021. Visitation will be 10:00-10:45 am, service will be 10:45-12:00 pm. A Repast will be held following the service, details will be provided at the service.
