William Heng Jenkins

William Heng Jenkins, born on July 16, 2004, in Columbus, Ohio, unexpectedly passed away on November 30, 2024 in Columbus, Ohio. He will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. William dedicated his efforts to his career at City Barbecue and in Renovation/Painting, where he was known for his strong work ethic and an unwavering commitment to staying busy. His love for work was matched only by his enthusiasm for skateboarding and music, pursuits that allowed him to express his creativity and connect with others. William also looked forward to taking his younger siblings to do fun activities at least once a month.

He is survived by his devoted mother, Sophia, and his siblings, Donald, Jaycob, Charlie, Heavenly, Josh, and Carissa. William was also a cherished uncle to his numerous nephews and nieces, including Gavin, Guage, Jocelyn, Oakley, and Paisley. William was predeceased by his father, Joe Jenkins.

Visitation will take place on Thursday December 12, 2024 from 4pm to 5pm with a service to follow at the Shaw-Davis Funeral Home Short North Chapel, 34 West 2nd Avenue Columbus, Ohio 43201.

William leaves behind a legacy of love, hard work, and cherished moments that will resonate in the hearts of many. His spirit will forever inspire those who were fortunate enough to call him a friend or family member.
