William D LaPLace

William D. LaPlace II of Cleveland, Ohio passed away in Columbus, Ohio on January 25, 2024 at the age of 68.  Bill suffered for 20 years with diabetes.

Bill was born in Cleveland, Ohio on March 3, 1955.   He graduated from Fairview Park High School in 1974 and Lorain County Community College in 1977.  He was employed for his entire adult life with Deloitte, LLP in Cleveland, Ohio.

Bill was a sports fan extraordinaire and was passionate about the Cleveland Indians, and Browns and The Ohio State Buckeyes.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents William B. and Catherine C. LaPlace.  He is survived by his brother Mark B. (Kelley) LaPlace and nephews Jason B. (Meggan) LaPlace and Todd D. (Katie) LaPlace and his 5 Great nieces / nephew, Brynn, Cooper, Hannah, Grace and Ella LaPlace.

Bill loved spending time at the family vacation homes on Balsam Lake in Ontario Canada and Siesta Key, Sarasota, Florida.
