Cecilia Welch

Cecilia A. (Wicks) Welch passed away from renal failure on May 5, 2021. She was born March 17, 1955 in Beckley, West Virginia to parents Boyd and Violet Wicks. Cecilia is a graduate of Fr. Wehrle Memorial High School, class of 1974, and Columbus School of Practical Nursing, class of 1980.

She is preceded in death by her father Boyd C. Wicks, mother Violet D. (Warren) Wicks, sister Idella A. (Wicks) Moore, husband Lawrence W. Welch, brother Grover Charles Wicks, Clarence Wicks, and grandson Ambryn Welch. Cecilia is survived by daughter Hillary C (Welch) Davis, daughter Amber R. (Welch) Robinson, son Lawrence W. Welch Jr., six grandchildren, one brother, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
