Went Home to be with the Lord on 05/05/2020.

She was born 02/01/1973. Charlay enjoyed watching her Grandbabies & Great Nieces & Nephews grow up. Her kids and Grandchildren were her pride and joy. She is predicted in Death by her  Mother & Father Charles & Anna Bay (Coble) & Brother Donald Bay Sister in Law Sarah Coble. She Left behind 3 Children Jessica Welch(Bay), Michael Orr(Varner), Shawna Oiler(Varner). Grandchildren Tanner, Gracie, Brystal, Anna & Ella. Brother Rodney Coble & 3 Nieces Tiffany, Annie, & Cassey. Due to Covid 19 there will be a private family only service. Charlay will be layed to rest with her family at Cedar Hill Cemetery at a later date. We will be having a Celebration of life as soon Covid 19 allows.
