Delana Adkins

Delana Sue Adkins, 60, of Columbus, Ohio, lost her battle with a chronic long-term illness that she had suffered with for years. Delana passed away with her four daughters and two best friends, Tracy and Becky, by her side.

Delana was born May 11th, 1962. She is proceeded in death by her father, Billy Adkins. She is survived by her mother Hazel Adkins; Siblings Gregory Adkins, Denise Newland, Dana Adkins, and Dale Adkins; Daughters Haley Manderscheid (Grae Sheely), Cayla (Jonathon) Champer, Aliesia Chapman, and Velvet Chapman; Grandchildren Crayven and Novaley Manderscheid, Levi, Rena, and Nani Champer.

Delana enjoyed dancing, watching good movies, decorating, taking pictures, gardening, and most of all spending time with family, especially her grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at Shaw - Davis Funeral Homes Clintonville Chapel, 4341 N High St, Columbus, OH 43214, on Thursday June 30th, 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. A graveside service will follow at Sunbury Memorial Park, W Cherry St, Sunbury, OH 43074.
