Okey met Mary Ann Dolan in 1982. Together they raised 1 child: Okey Belcher II. Okey is survived by Okey Belcher II, son, Mary Bullion, sister, Wanda Sammons, sister, Elvis Belcher, brother, Ronnie Belcher, brother, Emery Belcher, brother. He was preceded in death by Okey Belcher, father, Edith Dingess, mother, Daisy Belcher, sister, Ronald Belcher, brother, Mary Ann Dolan, spouse. The family has entrusted Shaw Davis Funeral Home with the arrangements.  Okey will be cremated and placed with his mother Edith in West Virignia.
