Patricia Wells

Patricia L. Wells (Trish), 67, of Columbus, OH passed away on April 2nd at Ohio State University Hospital after a long battle.

Trish is survived by her children, Kevin Wells, Shonda Wells and Chad Wells; ex-husband Michael Wells; sister Pam Burton; nieces and nephew.

She was preceded in death by her parents Gilbert and Lucille Seymour; sister Charlene Byerly.

There are no events planned, as she did not wish to have a service.
