Virginia A. Allen, 82 died unexpectedly February 8, 2021 at OSU hospital in Columbus Ohio. She was born July 21, 1938 in Concord, GA. The daughter of Lila Mae Hixon and Zachary Hixon. Virginia Allen graduated from Pike County High School in 1956. Virginia's union with her husband, John Allen, blossomed in the year of 1956. Born from their love was six children; the first Larry Allen (wife, Carol Allen), Deborah Connor, the late Dexter Allen, John Allen Jr (wife Deanne Allen), Gwendolyn Allen, and Christopher Allen. Virginia had seven grandchildren who bore many beautiful great grandchildren as well. She had an abundance of nieces and nephews that she loved dearly. Virginia Allen was proceeded in death by her son, Dexter Allen, and her husband, John Allen. May her wonderful, lively soul rest in peace.
